The mission of the Full-Time Sales Representative at Mairas Professional Cleaning Services is:
To effectively convert leads into sales, ensuring exceptional service experiences and enhancing customer satisfaction — thereby upholding the company’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and reliability.
Achieve a 50% quote-to-sale conversion rate
Retain at least 50% of initial cleaning services as recurring clients
Respond to lead inquiries and resolve issues swiftly
Maintain a 99% response rate within business hours
Manage inbound leads effectively, including prompt follow-up on calls, texts, and emails
Present service proposals tailored to customer needs and close sales confidently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and home details in the CRM
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Provide excellent customer service from first contact through service confirmation
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets
Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and ethical sales practices
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Adaptable and resilient — able to handle objections and rejection positively
Team player eager to collaborate to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals

You must be responsible, polite, and able to follow instructions from the supervisors in the company. “Remote/work-from-home work is required. You must have the space and equipment (computer and reliable internet connection) to perform the job.
We need someone who can work Monday through Friday

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Promptly answer incoming calls inquiring about our services. No cold calling!
Experience with the sales process. Overcoming sales objections, etc.…
Follow up on new/existing leads.
Experience in dealing with customer inquiries of different types (i.e. service requests, billing questions, resolving service dissatisfaction, etc.)
An ability to problem solve and multitask.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
Goal oriented and ability to deliver expected results in a timely manner.
Ability to easily learn different CRM Systems
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools, VOIP.
Customer Service Experience is a plus.
Full time Availability.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).

Weekly Pay: Begin with a $250 weekly base pay, with the potential to earn an additional $25 per week within the first three months, pending performance evaluation.
Hours of Operation: 8-9 hour weekday shift and open to working on weekends.
